“Bending” is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in plastic materials, most commonly sheet metal. Commonly used equipment includes box and cup brakes, press brakes, and other specialised machine presses. Typical products that are produced in this way are boxes, such as electrical enclosures and rectangular ducts.
Bending sheet steel
The combination of modern presses, advanced matrix, stamps and the experience of our employees provides excellent results in the form of professionally performed artistic processing of various sheets. We bend sheets quickly and extremely precisely, and thanks to the fact that the process is fully repeatable and automatic, we can undertake even very large orders. The maximum pressure of our machines is as much as 200 tons, thanks to which we can undertake artistic processing of materials with a thickness of 6 mm over a length of 3 meters.
We provide laser cutting services for stainless steel, black steel, and aluminum sheets. We cut details both from our own material and from the material supplied by our customers.

Bending pipes, we usually use the cold bending method, but in the case of such a need and the possibilities of a given material, we also work at a specific temperature. For this type of order, we use a professional three-roller tube and profile bender. It provides a maximum bending angle of 180 degrees and a diameter of 54 x 3 mm.
We also offer specialized, very precise CNC tube bending. We process pipes made of various materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, and copper. This process involves the plastic processing of materials in such a way as to change the curvature of the pipe to the desired shape. It is done by squeezing some fibres and stretching others. Importantly, it does not affect the appearance of the material and does not change its technical properties.
“Powder coating” is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered using an evaporating solvent, powder coating is usually electrostatically applied and then heat-cured. The powder can be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is harder than traditional paints. Powder painting is mainly used for coating metals such as household appliances, aluminium profiles, drum components, and car and bicycle parts. Newer technologies allow powder coating with other materials, such as MDF (Medium Density Fiber), using a variety of methods.
